Members of South Yardley Housing Liaison Board ( HLB) and Acocks Green HLB visited Service Birmingham on 8 May 2013 to look at their Call Centre.
The Call Centre is based in the old Fort Dunlop Building and they handle all the Repairs calls for the Housing Department together with calls to many other Council Services such as Fleet and Waste Management and Benefits. HLB members found it very interesting to meet the people who answer and deal with so many calls and also to know that if they have any problems or concerns about how a call has been dealt with they can contact the managers at Service Birmingham directly.
