Congratulations to all at Pemberley Road Sheltered Housing Scheme on winning the title of Thriving Neighbourhood. Resident Bob Harris collected the Thriving Neighbourhood Award on behalf of Pemberley Road at the RHS’s Award ceremony on 19 September 2013 at the Tower Ball room Edgbaston. Community Groups from all over the Heart of England enter the annual competition and the judges look for the quality of the gardens , community involvement and sustainabilty.Â
