There are four Housing Liaison Boards in Yardley District one for each Ward. If you are a Council tenant or Council leaseholder you are welcome to come along and observe any of our HLB meetings , please phone me on 0121 464 1615 and then pop along you may then wish to ask to join. We are looking for members for all four of our HLBs and at each one you will get a warm welcome and an excellent cup of tea and coffee with biscuits! The meetings dates are as follows:
Acock’s Green HLB 6.30pm on the third Tuesday of the month (for example Tuesday15 January 2013 ) in the Community Room St Marys Close Sheltered Housing Scheme Acock’s Green.
Sheldon HLB 1.30pm on the fourth Thursday of the month( for example 1.30pm Thursday 24 January 2013) in the Community Room at Manston Road Sheldon.
South Yardley HLB 1.30pm on the first Wednesday of the month ( for example 1.30pm Wednesday 6 February 2013) in the Community Room , Kings Road Sheltered Housing Scheme Kings Road, Tyseley.
Stechford and Yardley North HLB 12 noon on the second Wednesday of the month( for example Wednesday 13 February 2013) in the Community Room , Bucklow Walk,off Ipstones Avenue, Stechford.
