Yardley Housing Team are looking to recruit more Block Champions. Block Champions are residents who live in high rise or low rise flats and maisonette blocks. The Block Champion volunteers to join the Housing Officer on their monthly block inspection to ensure that the cleaning and other services provided in the block are up to a high standard, The Block Champion can also report problems which arise in and around the block which they are aware of having local knowledge, or on behalf of other residents.
